Dove Review

This film could very well end up being the sleeper hit of the year. It has the heart of "Rocky," and the biblical idea of David facing Goliath. The Shiloh Eagles are a high school football team going nowhere, as is Coach Grant Taylor, who is a good guy trying to deal with his team's apathy. He faces problems like everyone else--his car is on its last legs, his wife wants a child but so far there's been no conception, and Taylor is faced with the real possibility of losing his job. Then a wise old Christian man steps into the picture and Taylor's life, and his team's attitude is turned around. The viewer will leave this film believing nothing is impossible. This film has it all--solid acting, a great musical score, and a lot of heart in the story. Don't miss this one! It is family friendly all the way.
