Friday the Thirteenth Inverted

As Christians, we don’t buy into the superstition surrounding the thirteenth falling on a Friday. Instead, why not have a little fun and play the Thirteenth Inverted Game. Everything we do on this day is not unlucky but is now something to be blessed by our great God.

Luke 6:36 says, “Give, and it will be given to you. A good measure, pressed down, shaken together and running over, will be poured into your lap. For with the measure you use, it will be measured to you” (NIV). So, today, choose to be a blessing and watch how God multiplies those blessings. Make a game of it and try to out-bless God, which we know is impossible but it sure beats fearing the day. And if someone asks why you are so happy today on such an unlucky of days, you can share with them that you have no fear, for you are blessed!
